The SuperATV 6 Inch Portal Gear Lift transforms your Can-Am Commander into an unstoppable off-road machine. Available at Cheetah’s Powersports, this system features a dual idler gear configuration that maximizes internal strength while adding a 1 inch front and rear offset. This 2 inch total wheelbase extension provides the stability you need for steep climbs and high speed runs. By providing a 30% gear reduction, these portals significantly reduce stress on your drivetrain and allow you to turn larger tires with ease.

Engineering excellence defines this kit with precision ground gears made from 9310 alloy billet steel to ensure a cool and quiet ride. Each unit is built with a 1.5 inch diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft and protected by advanced gaskets or O-rings to keep out mud and water. The universal hub design fits all major bolt patterns and ensures compatibility with your favorite wheels. Despite the massive power gains, this portal lift is lighter than the competition to keep your Commander quick and responsive on the most technical terrain.

Portal Gear Lift Includes:

  • (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (2) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
  • (4) Steel caliper mounting plates
  • (2) Caliper adapter plates (2011-2020 models only)
  • (2) Steel steering arms
  • (2) 4” extended rear trailing arms with backing plates (2011-2020 models only)
  • Extended brake lines
  • All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket

 

Wheel Requirements:

  • 18” or larger wheel required
  • 18” wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing 
  • 20” wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer
    For 2011-20 models: Not compatible with SuperATV 6" lift kit, not compatible on Commanders with factory air shocks and requires Rhino or Rhino 2.0 axles
