- Wearing protective eyewear, remove dirty filter and tap top several times on hard surface
- Blow out the filter from the inside using the nozzle no closer than 1" from the filter, continuously moving the nozzle (no more than 30 PSI)
- Blow out the outside of the filter at an angle, being careful to not blow debris back inside
- Blow out once more from the inside
- Use standard garden hose turned up to 75% of it's max strength to wash the filter from the inside out
- Wash the outside to remove the remaining debris
- Repeat last 2 steps until filter appears white again then allow to dry (do not use hot air)
