Features:
- To activate, press and hold the launch control switch for 1.5 seconds – this will put the vehicle into “staging” mode as indicated by an ~2000 RPM raised idle
- To activate the Launch Control Strategy, press the brake and push the accelerator pedal to the floor
- The EVP advanced ECU logic takes over – retarding ignition and adding fuel which creates exhaust energy to spool the turbocharger
- In about 3 seconds, 5-10 lbs of boost is available depending upon launch RPM
- Once the brake is released, the engine accelerates instantly to peak power
