Give your Polaris General 1000’s front differential the stronger foundation it deserves. The SuperATV Heavy Duty Front Differential Gear Case is 57% stronger than stock, helping it stand up to demanding terrain while steel helical inserts resist mounting bolts pulling out of the housing. A bolt-on cap securely retains the pinion bearing without relying on the OEM snap ring.
Available in 6061 billet aluminum or cast aluminum, this gear case comes loaded with the essentials for a straightforward upgrade. The magnet, wiring, DU bushing and seals are pre-installed, while all mounting hardware, drain plugs, oil fitting and blue threadlocker are included to finish the job.
