Transform your Polaris Xpedition with the SuperATV 8 Inch Portal Gear Lift, adding serious ground clearance and the gearing to tackle terrain that would stop a stock machine. Precision-ground 9310 alloy steel gears run cool and quiet while the gear reduction takes strain off your drivetrain, letting you turn larger tires and attack obstacles with greater confidence. A 1.5” 4340 hardened steel driveshaft and leak-resistant bearings and seals provide the strength and protection needed for demanding rides.
With 4” of added width per side, this portal system gives your Xpedition a wider, more capable stance, while universal hubs support multiple bolt patterns for setup flexibility. Choose billet or cast aluminum housings and get everything you need (including hardware, backing plates, brake lines and instructions) to transform your machine and take your next adventure further.
