SuperATV 5 Inch Long Travel Kit - Polaris RZR 800 to RZR S 800

Turn your Polaris RZR 800 into a wider, more capable RZR S 800 with the SuperATV 5 Inch Long Travel Kit. High-clearance A-arms deliver 12” of ground clearance and 12” of wheel travel, while your stock-length shocks keep the upgrade straightforward. Choose stock wheelbase or add 1.5” of offset front and rear for a longer stance, and the included steering stop kit helps keep everything working properly at full steering angles.

Four SuperATV axles are included, with Rhino 2.0 axles delivering 100% more strength than stock through oversized, heat-treated 4340 chromoly shafts or Rhino axles providing high articulation and smooth CV movement. The kit works with your rear sway bar and gives you a complete path to more suspension travel and clearance without needing longer shocks.
